In2IT Technologies appoints Andrew Hoseck as COO for South Africa.
On Friday 10 November 2017 In2IT Technologies, a global technology services firm, recently announced the appointment of Andrew Hoseck as their Chief Operations Officer (COO) for South Africa. Hoseck joins the ICT provider with over 27 years’ technical and managerial experience; the majority of which is at an executive level.
On the appointment, CEO of In2IT Technologies, South Africa, Saurabh Kumar, said, “We are thrilled to have Andrew on board with us. He has long been both a customer of, and a partner with, In2IT. Furthermore, he has extensive knowledge of how we work and we are excited to leverage his deep insight, business acumen and leadership expertise to guide In2IT into next phase of growth.”
Hoseck has been in the IT industry since 1990, when he began his career at Iscor following the completion of a Business Information Systems degree at WITS and, what was then considered compulsory, military service. He moved up the ranks quickly, leaving Iscor for Erudite (which later became part of the UCS Group). Hoseck has since moved across various roles within the UCS group, including MD of UKS in 2000 and CEO of a well-known IT services company in 2016.
Hoseck, speaking on his new role, said “I have had a relationship with the team at In2IT for over six years and have always been drawn to their entrepreneurial spirit, ‘can-do’ attitude and business agility. The prospect of defining and aligning operational processes and service delivery procedures with In2IT’s business goals, while retaining their agile and customer centric mindset is both exciting and challenging. I am looking forward to working with a company I have long admired.”
On his immediate plans for the role, Hoseck states that his objective is to ensure that In2IT is positioned to continue providing the excellent level of service that they are known for, while building on this through internal skills, processes and technology development.
