IT News Africa: Top Stories of the Week
Yet another eventful week in tech has flown by. There have been numerous developments and revelations both in Africa and across the world.
Making headlines in South Africa, SAP provided an update on the allegations of their implication in the Gupta leaks.
In Nigeria, Jumia announced the start of their Super Startup Campaign which has an N1 million prize. While in Kenya, the electoral body has selected Safaricom to transmit their election results after the first set of elections was ruled out due to interference.

The Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission (IEBC) has selected Safaricom to transmit the poll results in the repeat presidential elections expected to take place on 26 October 2017 in Kenya. Safaricom has been requested to deploy electoral kits in all 40,883 polling stations throughout Kenya. Read More.
